OPTI Trilite 18+ was developed to satisfy the need for a lightweight trussing system with strength properties greater than the original Opti Trilite 200 Series. Increasing the geometry enabled us to produce a stronger truss using the same 50.8mm diameter lightweight main tubes.
If even stronger trusses are required in this geometry Opti Trilite produces the entire range of 18+ components in a thicker walled and stronger material.
The standard lengths, junctions and accessories listed in this section are complimented by our ability to fabricate virtually any special configuration. Add to this the rapid DesignLine and delivery service and you will realise the unlimited potential for this highly versatile series of structural systems.
The OPTI Trilite 18+ range consists of Ladder, Triangular and Box formats. These are available in a wide variety of finishes to suit your requirements. Choices include Natural Mill finish (standard), Polished Aluminum with optional lacquering, or Powder Coated in a wide range of colours. Specialized finishes, including various hammertone and metallic colours, can also be ordered for increased visual impact.
OPTI Trilite 18+ Connection
The OPTI Trilite 18+ connection is a simple M10
Nylock nut and high tensile bolt spigot system
secured with 17mm spanners. It is a strong, easy
to use, reliable method of assembly.
OPTI Trilite 18+ lengths start from 4' 6" and go up
in increments of 18". Lengths over 4' 6"; are priced
to the next full 18". i.e. 5' 0" is priced as 6' 0". Any
special length less than 4' 6" is priced as 4' 6".

both lower tubes. Individual loading of a single tube can reduce overall load bearing characteristics.
